WHO WE ARE

ADMKT is the Research and Extension Group in Marketing and Consumer Behavior at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). Founded in 2012, the group promotes research and extension activities in the marketing area carried out within the scope of the educational institution.

The group's activities incorporate the integration between research and the market. The objective is to train professionals for the corporate market, and researchers, with analytical knowledge to solve market problems in different sectors. The group operationalizes this objective through events of integration with the market and partnerships with companies of various sizes, as well as guidelines at the undergraduate, specialization, and master's levels.

ADMKT focuses on producing exclusively quantitative research papers with a strong managerial appeal. For these reasons, the themes addressed in the works published by the group refer to issues of marketing management, brands, consumer behavior, and social media.

The approach used to the identified marketing / managerial problems is pragmatic. It seeks to establish cause and effect relationships that can provide marketing managers with rational explanations for the most varied measures of individual or managerial performance.
